摘  要:[目的]全面评价重金属的生物有效性。[方法]采集云浮硫铁矿区及其附近地区的土壤和植物样品,分别采用Tessier五步连续萃取法和干灰化法测定样品中各形态重金属的含量,研究植物体内Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni、Cr的生物有效性。[结果]矿区周边地区已受到不同程度的重金属污染,其中Cd、Zn、Pb污染最为严重;各种植物对重金属均有不同程度的吸收和积累,不同植物对不同重金属的积累量存在差异,重金属严重污染区植物的重金属积累量较高。[结论]云浮硫铁矿区及周边地区Cd、Zn、Pb污染较严重。[ Objective ] The study was to completely appraise the bioavailabilities of heavy metals. [ Method ] The samples of soil and plant were collected from Yunfu pyrite area and its vicinity, and the contents of heavy metals with different forms in the samples were detected by Tessier five-step extraction procedure arid dry ashing method, and then the bioavailabilitied of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Ni and Cr in plants were studied. [ Result ] The surroundings of Yunfu pyrite area was already polluted by heavy metals with different degree, and the pollution of Cd, Zn, Pb was the most serious. Various plant all had absorption and accumulation on heavy metals with different degree. Different plants had different accumulation amounts on different heavy metals, and the accumulation amount of plant on heavy metals in heavily polluted areas was higher. [ Conclusion ] Cd, Zn and Pb pollution in Yunfu pyrite area and its vicinity was more serious.
