北京市周边度假接待设施开发模式演变分析

摘　　要：旅游开发者投资行为是旅游地开发模式研究的重要内容。选取北京城市周边421个度假旅游地,对其经济类型及开发模式演变过程进行研究。结果显示北京周边度假接待设施开发模式演变表现为以国有投资为引导、农民集体办旅游得以发展、以民营及其他投资方式为补充的发展模式。The investing activities of tourism explorers were the important content in the research of the development model of tourism destinations. 421 holiday resorts around Beijing were selected to study the economic types and the evolution process of their developing patterns. The present developing pattern of holiday resorts around Beijing is the pattern that guided by the state-owned investment, developed on farmers collectively management, supplemented by private and other types of investments.
