23例外伤性小肠损伤诊治临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨外伤性小肠损伤的早期诊断，手术时机，治疗方法。方法：综合分析28例外伤性小肠损伤的临床资料，对伤后至治疗的时间、主要症状、阳性体征、检查结果及治疗方法进行了分析。结果：23例中治愈22例，并发感染2例，死亡1例，死亡原因车祸合并颅脑及肺部所致急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）。结论：早期诊断、及时手术，选择合适的手术方式，彻底的冲洗和合理的引流，早期应用抗生素，重视整体治疗等均为减少并发症、降低病死率的重要因素。Goal： The discussion traumatic small intestine damages early diagnosis, surgery opportunity, method of treatment. Method： The generalized analysis 28 example traumatic small intestine damages the clinical material, the time which, the cardinal symptoms, the masculine symptom, the check result and the method of treatment treated to the wound late arrival has carried on the analysis. Finally： in 23 examples cures 22 examples, infects 2 examples concurrently, dies 1 example, the cause of death traffic accident merge skull and the lungs result acute breath poverty -stricken syndrome （ARDS）. Conclusion： The early diagnosis, the prompt surgery, choose the appropriate surgery way, the thorough flushing and the reasonable drainage, the early application antibiotic, takes the whole treatment and so on is the reduced complication, cuts the case fatality rate the important attribute.
