摘　　要：作为学者,胡适与郑振铎著述宏富,影响甚大。本文论述了胡适与郑振铎在目录编制、目录利用与考证、推荐目录、目录题跋和索引上的成就,指出他们的实践和思想至今仍有重要的参考价值。As scholars, Hu Shi and Zheng Zhenduo~ works are abundant and their influence is very large. The paper treats their achievements in the compilation, use and textual research of bibliographies, recommended bibliographies, prefaces and postscripts, and index. It also points out that their practice and thoughts still have important reference value up to now.
