摘 要:目的:建立银杏酮酯胶囊中萜类内酯含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器(high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector,HPLC-ELSD)。色谱柱为KromasilC18柱;四氢呋喃-甲醇-水(12:18:70)为流动相。ELSD检测参数:漂移管温度:101℃;载气:N2;流速:3.12L/min。结果:银杏酮酯胶囊中基质对萜类内酯的测定无干扰,银杏内酯浓度自然对数与色谱峰面积自然对数的线性关系良好,白果内酯、银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B、银杏内酯C的重现性试验RSD分别为1.09%、1.12%、1.21%、1.03%,萜类内酯的平均回收率为97.73%,RSD为1.44%。结论:本方法简便易行,可作为银杏酮酯胶囊中萜类内酯成分有效检测方法。Objective: To set up a method for content determination of terpene lactones in Yinxing Tongzhi Capsules, a prescription of ketoesters extracted from Ginkgo biloba. Methods. High performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector was employed. Chromatographic column was t(romasil C18, the mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuran-methanol-water (12:18:70). The operating conditions of ELSI) were as follows:Drift tube temperature was 101 ℃,the carrier gas was N2, the flowrate was 3. 12 L/rain. Results: The suhstrales in Yinxing Tongzhi Capsules had noninterference with the determination of terpene lactones. There was a good linear relationship between natural logarithm of bilobalide concentration and natural logarithm of chromatographic peak area. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of reproducibility test about bilobalide, ginkalide A, ginkalide B and ginkalide C was 1. 09%, 1.12%,1.21%,1.03%,respectively. The average recovery of terpenelactoneswas97.73%,andRSDwas 1.44%. Conclusion: This method is an effective method for the determination of terpene lactones in Yinxing Tongzhi Capsules because of its convenience and accuracy.
