摘　　要：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）在闭合型脑外伤诊断中的价值。方法对７０例闭合型脑外伤病人进行ＢＡＥＰ检查。结果７０例中异常４８例（６８．５７％），异常表现为各主波潜伏期和波间期延长。与ＣＴ检查对比，ＢＡＥＰ异常率明显高于ＣＴ异常率（７％）。结论闭合型脑外伤病人大脑虽然无明显结构变化，但确有生理功能改变的客观依据。Objectives To analyse the result of the brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in 70 cases with close craniocerebral injury (CCI).Methods The routine BAEP is done in 70 patients with CCI.Results 48 cases of 70 patients with CCI were abnormal on BAEP (68.57%).The abnormal manifestation suggested a prolongation of latency and interal in the main waves.And the abnormality rate of BAEP is more ascendant than one of CT (7%).Conclusions Although there isn′t change of brain structure in the patients with CCI,there is the objective foundation of a change of physiological function.
