摘　　要：研究生教育结构的调整,使MBA发展面临良好机遇。尽管我国MBA教育取得长足进展,但因定位不准确等原因还存在培养质量不理想等问题。运用理想类型的方法,以提高培养质量为核心,可以建构MBA之理想培养模式:"卓越"的理念+"精英"的培养目标+"规范创新"的培养过程+"一流"的条件保障。Due to the momentous structural adjustment of graduate students＇ education, the development of MBA greets a great opportunity. In spite of the considerable progress of domestic MBA education, there are still problems in cultivation quality as a result of inaccurate assessment and unsuitable object. By using the method of ideal mode, this paper aims at constracting an ideal training mode which focuses on improving cultivation quality. The ideal MBA training mode is： ＇ excellent＇ philosophy ＋ the objectives of training ＇ elites＇ ＋ ＇ standard and innovation＇ of training course ＋ the guarantee of ＇ first class＇ training conditions.
