混纺比对腈氯纶/棉混纺纱拉伸性能的影响

摘　　要：运用双组分纤维混纺纱简化模型理论,分析混纺比对腈氯纶/棉混纺纱的拉伸性能的影响。通过测试100/0、80/20、60/40、40/60、20/80、0/100六种混纺比的腈氯纶/棉混纺纱的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和断裂功,采用Origin7.5软件分析混纺比与腈氯纶/棉混纺纱拉伸性能的关系曲线。结果表明:腈氯纶的质量分数为65%左右时,混纺纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长出现最低值,在生产中应尽量避免选用该混纺比。Effect of blended ratio on tensile property of blended yam of Modacrylic and cotton fiber is analyzed by using the simplified model theory of two---component fiber. After tests of breaking tenacity, breaking elongation rate and breaking work of the pure Modacrylic yam, Modacrylic/cotton 20/80 blended yam, Modacrylic/cotton 40/60 blended yam, Modacrylic /cotton 60140, Modacrylic /cotton 80120 blended yarn and pure cotton yam, software Origin7.5 is used to analyze the relationship between the tensile property of blended yam and the blended ratio. The results show that the minimum values of breaking strength and breaking elongation rate of the blended yarn are observed when Modacrylic blended rate is 65%. It turns out that the blended ratio shouldn＇t be adopted in practice.
