摘 要:输变电设备的故障率是资产管理尤其是运行维修过程中非常重要的基础性数据。长期以来,考虑设备故障率随时间变化的方法,如浴盆曲线等是常用的估算方法。随着状态检修的发展,基于设备状态的定量故障率评估已被提上日程。结合已有的研究成果,提出了结合定性评估和定量评估的指数故障率反演模型,并结合设备健康指数和设备缺陷这两种状态评估方法,反演了设备故障率。计算结果表明该模型合理,适合工程参考。Failure rate of transmission and transformation equipments is very important ground data for asset management, especially for the maintenance of running equipments. In the past, bathtub curve is often used to calculate failure rate. But with the development of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), the failure rate based on the equipment condition is focused on. This paper gave an exponential estimation model combined with the advantage of qualitative model and quantitative model. Two examples for equipment health index and equipment handicap are analyzed. The results show the exponential model is reasonable and would be a good reference for the practice.
