环磷酰胺冲击联合皮质类固醇治疗寻常型天疱疮9例

摘　　要：应用大剂量环磷酰胺冲击联合常规剂量皮质类固醇治疗寻常型天疱疮９例。冲击方法：环磷酰胺８～１２ｍｇ·ｋｇ·ｄ，加入５％葡萄糖溶液中静滴，１～２小时滴完。每半月连续２天为一个疗程。结果经２个疗程（７例）或３个疗程（２例）冲击，环磷酰胺总量达２．０～３．６ｇ，达到临床痊愈。除胃肠反应外未见严重副作用。Nine patients with pemphigus vulgaris were treated with cyclophosphamide (CTX) pulse therapy in combination with routine corticosteroids. The pulse consisted of cyclophosphamide 8～12 mg·kg·d dissolved in 5% glucose solution, given intravenous drip over a period of 1～2 hours. The pulse was given on 2 consecutive days at a half month interval. The results were satisfactory. The lesions healed after 2 pulses ( 7patients) or 3 pulses (2 patients), with total dosages of CTX 2.0～3.6g. No serious side effects were observed.
