摘  要:1,3-丁二烯作为确定的人类致癌物,对职业接触人群造成健康损害DNA和血红蛋白加合物作为一种体内暴露标志物,在生物检测和致癌机制研究中有广泛的应用。该文具体总结了丁二烯体内加合物形成种类,并分析了该加合物与基因多态性、肿瘤相关基因关系及在性别和种属中的差异。1,3-butadinene, which has been classified as "carcinogenic to humans" (group 1), could cause health problem of occupational exposed workers. DNA adducts and hemoglobin adducts, as exposure biomarkers, have been widely used in biological monitoring and study on carcinogenic mechanism. This article summarized the recent research on the types of butadiene adducts. Their relationship with polymorphism and cancer related genes as well as the difference in gender & species were analyzed.
