摘　　要：目的探讨我军歼(强)击机飞行员心血管疾病危险因素的流行病学特征。方法随机选取2008年度住院体检的277名飞行员临床资料,按年龄分为Ⅰ组<30岁,Ⅱ组≥30岁<40岁,Ⅲ组≥40岁,比较各组血压、血脂、血尿酸、身体质量指数(BMI)指标。结果Ⅲ组收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平、BMI、高血压比例、正常血压比例、高甘油三酯血症患病率与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);Ⅲ组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平低于Ⅰ组,血胆固醇(CH)高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论各年龄段飞行员均存在心血管疾病危险因素,应加强健康教育与监督,进行心血管疾病的防控。Objective To investigate the epidemic features of cardiovascular risk factors for Chinese PLA pilots of fighters. Methods A total of 277 pilots, randomly selected during their health examination from inpatients of our hospital in 2008, were divided into group 1 at the age 〈30 years, group 2 at the age ≥30 years and 〈40 years, and group 3 at the age ≥40 years. Blood pressure （BP）, blood lipid, blood uric acid, and body mass index （BMI） in different groups were compared. Results The systolic BP, diastolic BP, low density lipid （LDL）, BMI, ratios of hypertension, normal BP and hypertriglyceridemia were statistically different in group 3 from that in groups 1 and 2 （P〈0.05）. The HDL level was lower in group 3 than in group 1, but the CH level was higher in group 3 than in group 2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pilots of fighters have more or less cardiovascular risk factors at different ages. Health education and monitoring should be strengthened for the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases.
