电解气浮/过滤一体化装置处理油田回注水的研究

摘　　要：采用电解气浮/过滤一体化试验装置处理油田回注水,考察了对回注水中油和SS的去除效果。结果表明:当进水含油量为180～210 mg/L、SS为170～200 mg/L时,在电流强度为1.2A、气浮时间为18 min、极板间距为20 mm、滤速为4 m/h的条件下连续运行,在26 h内出水中的油和SS含量均能达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T5329—94)中的C3级注水水质标准。The integrated electrolytic flotation/filtration equipment was used to treat oilfield rein- jection water, and the removal efficiencies of oil and SS were investigated. The experimental conditions are as follows： the influent oil and SS contents are 180 to 210 mg/L and 170 to 200 mg/L; the current intensity is 1.2 A, the flotation time is 18 rain, the plate spacing is 20 mm and the filtering velocity is 4 m/h. After 26 hours of continuous operation, the effluent oil and SS contents both reach C3 level criteria specified in Recommended Indexes on Injection Water Quality for Detrital Rock Oil Reservoirs and Analytical Methods （ SY/T 5329 - 94）.
