摘　　要：从方案优先的不确定性因素处理和动态发展两方面考虑,研究了偏联系数在城市污水处理方案优选中的应用。结果表明:偏联系数模型是一种能有效处理不确定性问题的系统分析方法,其对城市污水处理方案的评价结果与采用其他方法的评价结果完全一致,为城市污水处理方案优选及其发展趋势的描述提供了一种有效且简便的新方法。Considering the uncertainties handling and the dynamic development of the program optimization, the application of partial connection number in the optimization of the urban sewage treatment program was studied. The results show that the partial connection number model is an effective analysis method to deal with uncertainties. The evaluation results of the method are exactly as the same as those of other methods, and it offers an effective, simple and new method for the optimization and development trend prediction of urban sewage treatment program.
