摘  要:在景观水体中,对生物接触氧化填料(弹性立体填料和组合填料)进行动态培养自然挂膜,研究了挂膜过程中填料外观、生物相、生物量、生物膜上的功能菌、藻类等的变化情况。结果表明:在挂膜过程中,填料外观和生物相呈规律性变化;所附着的藻种类和密度呈先增加后减少的趋势,且主要为硅藻;约一个月后,填料挂膜成熟,弹性立体填料和组合填料上的生物量分别稳定在170和140 g/m3左右,异养菌均稳定在1010CFU/m3,硝化菌稳定在109CFU/m3。The dynamic natural biofilm formation on biological contact oxidation media including elastic packing and combined packing was performed in the landscape water. The variations of the media appearance, biofacies, biomass, functional bacteria and algae on the media during biofilm formation were investigated. In the experiment, the appearance and biofacies of the media have regular changes. The species and density of the algae on the media increase first and then decrease, most of them are diatoms. After one month, the biofilm is mature, and the biomass on elastic packing and combined packing is a- bout 170 g/m3 and 140 g/m3 respectively. The heterotrophic bacteria and nitrobacteria are stabilized at 10^10 CFU/m3 and 10^9 CFU/m3 respectively.
