摘　　要：在我国社会主义民主政治建设和构建和谐社会的进程中,人民政协发挥了重要作用。然而,政治协商在实际运作中仍存在一些问题。完善政治协商职能的主要途径是:发挥政协委员在政治协商中的主体作用,为和谐社会的构建提供政治保证;推进政治协商的制度化、规范化建设,为和谐社会的构建提供制度保障;团结一切可以团结的力量,为和谐社会的构建奠定广泛的社会基础。In China＇s socialist democratic political construction and the process of building a harmonious society, the CPPCC has played an important role. However, there are still some problems for political consultations in actual operation, the main ways to improve the functions of political consultation： to exert the main roles of CPPCC National Committee members in political negotiations and to provide political guarantees for building a harmonious society; to promote the construction of institutionalization of political consultation and the construction of standardization to provide system protection for the construction of a harmonious society; unite all the forces that could be united to lay a broad social base for the construction of a harmonious society.
