摘　　要：伴随着中国啦啦队事业的发展,而对啦啦队运动的主导地位的啦啦队教练的创编能力的研究尚缺。运用《量表》对参加2007年参加中国第二届全明星啦啦队的教练员进行测量。阐述了中国啦啦队运动开展的现状,表明了啦啦队教练的创新能力水平一般,有待提高,提出了要加强啦啦队教练员队伍的建设应该从教练员不断提高自身的专业能力、创新能力和创新心理品质,并且不断积累知识等。Along with the development of China＇s cheerleading, with the cheerleading movement of the dominant position of cheerleading coach creation capability ont yet available. Cheerleading coach plays an important role. The use of ＂scale＂ on participating in China in 2007 to participate in the second all - star cheerleading coaches were measured. The results showed that; Cheerleadings coach the level of innovation in general, needs to be improved.
