摘　　要：高校是人才培养的基地,大学生创新能力培养则是人才培养的重要目标。课外创新教育是大学生创新能力培养的重要途径之一,建立四级课外创新教育体系,实施科技创新训练计划与组织学生参加各类大学生竞赛等是构筑课外创新教育体系的主要方式。University serves as a base for talents cultivation, whose purpose is to develop students＇capability of innovation. Creative education through extra-curriculum is an important approach to realize the cultivation of capability of innovation. Establishing a four-band extra-curriculum creative education system, the practice of creative education in science and technology and organizing all kinds of competitions for undergraduates are the majoy ways of constructing a complete extra-curriculum creative education system.
