摘  要:〔目的〕为了更好地预防和控制甲型H1N1流感,阻断疫情的传播,并为下一阶段传染病的预防控制工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕对2009年5—7月皇岗口岸入境人员采用红外热成像体温监测系统检测体温、口岸现场医学巡查、健康申报等技术方法进行甲型H1N1流感的医学排查,并对结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕红外热成像体温监测系统是皇岗口岸对入境人员进行甲型H1N1流感医学排查采用的主要技术手段,发挥了关键作用,但其也存在着一定的系统误差,并受到环境的影响;医学巡查可以有效提高传染病检出率,是口岸开展传染病医学排查工作的重要补充方法。〔结论〕应对红外体温监测设备进行不断地改进和升级,提高其监测的准确性;同时进一步发挥医学巡查的积极作用,将高科技手段与传统做法相结合,从而提高传染病的检出率,保护国人的健康安全。Objective To prevent and control the spread of influenza A(H1N1),and to provide scientific evidences.Method The results of infectious disease screening at Huanggang Port were analyzed,the successful experience and deficiency of the prevention and control system against influenza A(H1N1) was discussed.Result The Infrared Thermal Imaging Thermodetector System was the most important technical measure in the prevention and control system against influenza A(H1N1) at Huanggang Port,also the observation in medicine from the quarantine officer improved the relevance ratio effectively. Conclusion The Infrared Thermodetector System should be improved and upgraded regularly, and the measure of observation in medicine by the quarantine officer should be retained.Only the new model of quarantine,which consists of high-tech and tradition measures,can make the quarantine more effective at ports.
