万应神贴治疗急性闭合性骨伤科疼痛性疾病

摘　　要：对照观察了万应神贴与祖司麻关节止痛膏对急性闭合性骨伤科疼痛性疾病６３例的临床疗效，结果显示：万应神贴治疗组３３例，结果临床痊愈１９例，显效９例，有效４例，无效１例，显效率为８４．８３％，总有效率为９６．９７％。祖司麻关节止痛膏对照组３０例，结果临床痊愈１４例，显效５例，有效８例，无效３例，显效率为６３．３３％，总有效率为９０％。两组总有效率比较，无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），但两组显效率比较，有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组病症各项指标治疗前后疗效比较有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），而两组间疗效比较无统计学意义，但治疗组治疗前疼痛病情分级较对照组病情程度偏重。两组药贴药物起效时间比较无统计学意义，但两组药贴药效持续时间比较有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示万应神贴具有化瘀行滞、开郁去毒之功效，对仆跌闪挫伤所致之气滞血凝，刺激脉络所产生的疼痛具有明显的消肿止痛作用。Contrasted observed the clinical effectiveness about 63 cases of acute closed fracture pain treated with Wan-ying-Shen sticking-plaster or Zhu-si-ma joint balsam. The results showed that the effectiveness of 33 cases in the treated group (treated with Wan-ying-Shen) was cure in 19, markedly effective in 9, effective in 4, ineffective in 1 and the markedly effctive rate being 84.83%,the general effctive rate being 96.97%; meanwhile, the effectiveness of 30 cases in control group (treated with Zhu-si-ma joint balsam) was cure in 14, markedly effective in 5, effective in 8, ineffective in 3 and the markedly effctive rate being 63.33%,the general effctive rate being 90.00%.There was no statistically difference between the two groups in their general effectiveness (P>0.05), but there was a statistically difference between the two groups in their markedly effectiveness (P<0.05). It was suggested that Wan-ying-Shen sticking-plaster had the function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and the effectiveness wad superior to Zhu-si-ma joint balsam.
