摘　　要：针对目前城市交通发展中普遍存在的"重车轻人"的思想以及规划和管理中的人性化缺失现象,阐述了城市交通"人本位"理念的内涵和目标,并在此基础上提出了交通发展中如何落实这一理念的相关策略和措施。Nowadays the ＂car-oriented＂ thoughts,as well as the ignorance of humanization in urban transport planning and regulation are currently prevalent.Nanjing is set as an example to bring forward the new viewpoints about ＂people-oriented＂ thoughts in urban transport,represent the objectives of this notion.The relevant strategies and measures in building a ＂people-oriented＂ urban transport system are put forward.
