中西部地区农村劳动力流动的经济社会效应分析

摘　　要：中西部农村劳动力流动对农村经济社会的影响是多方面的:在增加农民收入、缓解农村贫困,加快城市化进程,调整产业结构,激变农村生活观念等方面都起了十分重要的作用;负面影响是增加城市基础设施等公共品的负担,导致从事农业的劳动力素质降低,伴随"留守儿童"问题,影响农业发展和社会和谐。The midwest rural labor force transfer to the rural economic society＇ s influence is various. It plays an extremely vital role in increasing the farmer income, alleviating the rural poverty, speeding the urbanized advancement, adjusting industrial structure, and changing old rural ideas. It also has negative influence, such as increasing burden in urban infrastructures which belong to the public, causing the decrease of the quality of labor force and the problem of unattended children. It influences the agricultural development and social harmony.
