摘　　要：《中华人民共和国禁毒法》是我国第一部全面规范禁毒工作的法律,《禁毒法》中新的戒毒模式比起原有的戒毒模式发生了较大变化,新的戒毒制度更加人性化、科学化、法制化。禁毒工作者应积极探索建立集强制脱毒、身心康复、融入社会功能于一体的戒毒工作新模式,确保在解决戒毒人员复吸问题上取得明显成效,更加有效地推动禁毒工作取得新的突破。The Law of the People s Republic of China on Narcotic Control is the first law regulating all-roundly the drug control in China.Compared with the original one,the new system of drug rehabilitation has changed a lot and become more humanized,scientific and legalized.Drug controllers have to try to establish a new rehabilitation model which can integrate detoxification,mental and physical healing and social functions,and help prevent drug addicts from reverting to take drugs.As a result,they will promote effectively the work of drug control.
