摘 要:目的分析飞行人员血尿酸水平及其与血脂、体质量指数(BMI)、高血压等的关系。方法对2008年度在某院进行体检的425名飞行人员体检资料进行分析,按不同年龄进行分组,调查不同组中血尿酸水平;根据血尿酸水平进行分组,比较尿酸正常组及高尿酸血症组之间血脂和BMI水平、高血压病、糖尿病、肾结石发生情况。结果①高尿酸血症43例,占总人数的10.12%,各年龄组间高尿酸血症的患病率无明显差别;②高尿酸血症组与尿酸正常组比较,BMI、腰围、甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平,高血压、糖尿病的患病率均明显增高。结论高尿酸血症作为高血压、泌尿系统结石、糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症等疾病的危险因素,影响飞行人员身体健康,威胁飞行安全,应早期加以监测,及早控制。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia (HUA) in pilots and to analyze the relationship of the level of serum uric acid (SUA) with blood fat, body mass index (BMI), hypertension, et al. Methods The medical data of 425 flying personnel accepting physical examination in our hospital in 2008 were analysed. The levels of SUA were compared among different ages of pilots. The levels of blood fat, BMI, morbidity rates of hypertension and incidence of diabetes and kidney stone were compared between HUA group and normal uric acid (NUA) group. Results① The incidence of HUA in this population was 10. 1 %. There was no significant difference among different age groups. ② Compared with NUA group, the levels of BMI, waist circumference, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL C) and the incidence of hypertension and diabetes were significantly higher in HUA group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion As the risk factor of hypertension, calculus of urinary system, diabetes, obesity and hyperlipemia, HUA threatens pilots' health and flight safety, and should be monitored and controlled in time.
