摘　　要：目的提升南战区海上卫勤保障能力,更好履行捍卫祖国主权的神圣使命。方法对我国南海卫勤保障的现状进行分析,对外军海上卫勤保障经验进行借鉴。结果提出了建立协调的卫勤保障体制;制订全面的卫勤保障计划;建设不同的卫勤保障队伍;实施全面的卫勤训练程序;制订完整的海上救治方法;掌握完美的海上救治技巧;提高抗颠簸的海上适应能力;更新可靠的海上救护装备"八项"对策。结论现代海上平、战时卫勤保障能力的提升,是南战区卫勤保障亟待研究的重要内容。Objective To promote the effectiveness of marine medical support in south military command area, and to better fulfill the mission of upholding sovereignty. Methods The actuality and countermeasures of marine medical sup port in south China were analyzed, and the experiences of other countries were used for reference. Results Eight countermeasures measures were put forward,including establishing cooperation system, drawing up comprehensive logistics sup port plans, building dissimilar medical groups, carrying out general simulated rescue practice, formulating perfect rescue methods, mastering professional rescue skills, improving anti wallow capability of equipments and staffs, and renewing reliable marine rescue equipments. Conclusion Capability promotion of marine service in peacetime or wartime, is an important research subject for logistics of south military command area.
