摘 要:目的建立异基因大鼠联体共生的动物模型,探讨诱导免疫耐受对其肾功能的影响。方法对DA和LEW大鼠实施联体手术并诱导耐受,然后进行DA→LEW的肾移植。于术后6天后分别检测各组大鼠尿NAG酶活性、尿肌酐和尿白蛋白等指标。结果联体共生诱导耐受可使DA→LEW的肾移植存活明显延长,耐受组尿NAG酶活性、尿白蛋白均低于排斥组(P<0.01)。结论诱导免疫耐受可改善移植肾的功能。Objective To establish rat models for studying recipient kidney function of renal allograft tolerance induced by parabiosis combined with cyclophosphamide on rats. Methods Renal transplantation tolerance was induced by parabiosis combined with cyclophosphamide, and the renal transplantation was performed on DA→LEW rats. The urinary NAG, ALB and Cr were measured 6 days after transplantation. Results Parabiosis combined with cyclophosphamide prolonged the survival of DA-→LEW rat renal allografts obviously. Compared with the rejection group, the level of urinary NAG, ALB in tolerance group declined significantly. Conclusions Inducing immune tolerance may improve the function of recipient kidney.
