正交试验优选肾蕨中红杉醇的醇提工艺

摘　　要：目的优选肾蕨中红杉醇最佳提取工艺。方法以红杉醇含量为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定红杉醇的含量,并用L9(34)正交试验法优化提取条件。结果提取时间对红杉醇的含量有显著影响,最佳提取工艺为:每次加4倍量75%乙醇,提取3次,时间分别为3.5、2.5、2 h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定、合理、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of sequoyitol in Nephrolepis Cordifolia.Methods An L9（34） orthgonal experiment was performed to investigate the 3 factors（3 levels for each factor were selected）,the chroma and dosage of ethanol,time of extraction with the sequoyitol as indexes for evaluation.Results The time of extraction had significant impact on the extraction of the effective components in Nephrolepis Cordifolia.The best extraction technology was as follows： adding 4 folds of ethanol solution for 3 times（at a concentration of 75%）for digeratur extraction thrice,3.5 h,2.5 h,and 2 h each time.Conclusion The optimized technology for the extraction of sequoyitol from Nephrolepis Cordifolia is stable,reasonable and feasible.
