高效液相色谱法测定金刚藤分散片中薯蓣皂苷元的含量

摘　　要：目的建立一种快速、准确、方便的检测金刚藤分散片中薯蓣皂苷元含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：依利特C18-A（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（85∶15）;流速：1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长：203 nm。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0.052~0.468μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为96.48%,RSD为1.10%（n=5）。结论该方法能够快速、准确、方便的检测金刚藤中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,可作为金刚藤分散片质量评价的依据。Objective To establish a rapid,accurate and convenient HPLC method to determine diosgenin in Jingangteng dispersible tablets.Methods An HPLC method was used with the detection wave length of 203 nm.The column was C18-A（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（85∶15） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results Linearity for diosgenin was 0.052～0.468 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 96.48%,and RSD was 1.10%（n=5）.Conclusion The method can be used to detect diosgenin in Jingangteng dispersible tablets rapidly,accurately and conveniently and control the quality of Jiangtangning dispersible tablets.
