摘　　要：群体投资是产业转移中一种重要的模式,它以相关行业龙头企业为主导,带领一批上下游企业同时迁移,相比于传统的产业转移方式它有着独特的优势:整条产业链的转移,为产业链上众多的企业节省了大量的交易成本;另一方面,众多同行业企业的进驻,也能对迁入地形成当地特色产业起到积极的作用。针对这一投资模式,利用实证模型,来分析其对迁入地经济的效应,并提出相应的对策和建议。Group investment is an important mode of industry transfer, and in this process, some leading enterprises lead a group of upstream and downstream firms in related industries to transfer together. Comparing with the traditional industry transfer ways, its advantages are obvious ： the transfer of the whole industry chain saves a lot of transaction cost for the firms concerned; besides, it will also play a positive role in forming industries with special potentials for the local economy. Upon this investment pattern, it analyzes the impact on regional economy by empirical models. In the end it gives some adviees.
