摘　　要：目的用序列特异引物聚合酶链反应(SSP-PCR)方法检测人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)表达情况,探讨使用不同引物检测HLA-B27用于强直性脊柱炎鉴别诊断的敏感性及特异性。方法使用两种不同特异性引物测定强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者HLA-B27,比较其检测的阳性率,结合临床诊断判断准确性。结果HLA-B27新引物应用检测的敏感性、特异性均高于原引物。结论新设计序列特异性引物的应用更适宜于临床检验和研究工作。Objective To detect human leukocyte antigen B27 （HLA-B27） expression with the method of sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction （SSP PCR）, and approach the sensitivity and specificity of different primers to detect HLA-B27 of ankylosing spondylitis patients. Methods We used two different sequence specific primers for determining gene of HLA-B27 of ankylosing spondylitis patients, and compared with two methods the positive rate, and combinated the clinical diagnosis to judge the accuracy of two methods. Results The sensitivity and specificity of new primer for HLA-B27 were higher than that of the original. Conclusion The new designed sequence-specific primer is more suitable for the application of clinical tests and research work.
