摘　　要：目的:针对尿毒症患者左室功能以Tei指数做评价,了解其应用价值。方法:随机分为A、B两组,A组(尿毒症组)为86例尿毒症患者、B组(对照组)为86例正常人群,两组均使用HP-5500型彩色超声诊断仪进行检测。结果:尿毒症组左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩期内径(LVDs)、室间隔(IVS)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)均较正常对照组增大(P<0.01),E/A相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;EF、FS相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;IRT延长(P<0.01),ET缩短(P<0.05),ICT相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。经计算Tei指数明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:通过Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能,证明了Tei指数准确、可靠、方法简便。Objective： To evaluate the application value in patients with uremia Tei index of left ventricular function. Methods： The randomly divided into A, B groups, A group（uremia group） for 86 cases of patients with uremia,B group（control group）for 86 cases of normal people, both groups using the HP-5500 mode color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus for testing. Results： The uremic group of left atrial diameter （LAD）, left ventrieular diastolic diameter （LVDd）, left ventricular systolic diameter （LVDs）, interventricular septum （IVS）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPW） than those of normal control group by large （P〈0.01）, E/A was no significant difference （P〉0.05）; EF、FS was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）; IRT extension （P〈0.01）, ET reduced （P〈0.05）, ICT was no significant difference （P〈0.05）. The calculation of Tei index was significantly longer （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tel index of left ventricular function in patients with uremia proved Tel index of accurate and reliable method is convenient.
