摘　　要：利用MICAPS气象信息综合分析处理系统,通过检索各种气象数据、显示气象数据的图形和图像,对各种气象图形进行编辑加工,为气象预报人员提供一个中期、短期、短时天气预报的工作平台。本文针对MICAPS气象信息综合分析处理系统专业性强,并且局限于局域网中使用的问题,提供一种建设网络化的气象服务应用系统的方法。利用MICAPS命令行带参数启动方式,在不启动MICAPS系统的方式下,自动定期把气象资料转换成一般的JPG格式图形文件,并且将相应信息存储到数据库中,实现气象资料网络化,便于用户使用。By using meteorological information comprehensive analysis and process system,a variety of meteorological datas were retrieved and graphic and image of meteorological datas were displayed. Various weather graphics were edited in order to provide a work platform of medium-term,short-term and short-time weather forecast for wea,her forecasters. Regarding high degree of specialization on MICAPS and limitation in local area network, this paper provided a way of building web-based weather service application system. By using staring method of MICAPS command line parameters, the system will not start MICAPS and the meteorological datas were automatically converted to JPG format graphics files in general, and the corresponding information was stored into the database, which achieved networked meteorological data and easy to use.
