摘  要:基于随机-模糊概率模型,定量分析了钢制薄壁圆筒临界失稳强度的模糊可靠度、稳定系数与外压试验压力系数之间的关系。研究表明:1)如果要求钢制薄壁圆筒临界失稳强度的模糊可靠度范围,在外压气压试验、液压试验和正常操作时分别为0.999 709 1~0.999 999 282 2,0.998 411~0.999 183 6与0.999 999 282 2~0.999 999 998 64,可取常规稳定系数不小于2.60,外压试验压力系数的取值范围在气压试验时应不小于1.08但不大于1.16,在液压试验时应不小于1.08但不大于1.61;2)采用55组试验数据验证了文中方法的合理性。The relationship between external testing pressure coefficient and the two factors, the buckling safety factor and the fuzzy reliability range was quantitative analyzed based on the random-fuzzy probability model. The researching results show that: 1)For the fuzzy reliability range of critical strength in buckling for steel thinness wall cylinder, the range should be 0. 999 709 1-0. 999 999 282 2 under external barometrical pressure test, the range should be 0. 998 411-0. 999 183 6 under external hydraulic pressure test,and the range should be 0. 999 999 282 2-0. 999 999 998 64 during normal operation; the normal buckling safety factor should not be less than 2.60; the external testing pressure coefficient of the cylinder should not be less than 1.08 and greater than 1.16 for barometrical pressure tests,and not less than 1.08 and not greater than 1.61 for hydraulic pressure tests;2)Fifty-five group testing data proves the validity of the method.
