摘 要:探索农抗702的抗真菌活性。通过以农抗702为供试材料,霉菌、酵母菌以及14种植物病原真菌为供试菌,采用菌丝生长速率法和菌丝干重法测定农抗702对各种供试菌的抑制作用。结果表明农抗702对黑曲霉、青霉、毛霉、根霉、木霉、啤酒酵母、产朊假丝酵母、稻纹枯病、稻瘟病和稻曲病的最低抑菌浓度(mg/L)分别为3.3、6.5、6.5、3.3、3.3、6.5、3.3、23.8、59.64、475.4。农抗702对供试植物病原真菌的EC50(mg/L)和EC90(mg/L)依次是:油菜菌核病菌为0.23和1.95,葡萄炭疽病菌为0.27和2.91,车前草穗枯病菌为0.33和8.58,烟草赤星病菌为0.89和12.02,车前草菌核病菌为1.23和4.02,小麦赤霉病菌为1.40和7.38,棉花黄萎病菌为1.53和5.07,富贵竹炭疽病菌为1.73和5.61,水稻纹枯病菌为1.89和7.03,紫荆炭疽病菌为3.21和14.17,辣椒根腐病菌为3.40和20.78,交链孢病菌为4.13和22.01,稻瘟病菌为12.51和29.36,稻曲病菌为59.42和201.80。研究表明农抗702具有较强的抗真菌活性,为农抗702的应用提供有益的试验证据。To explore the antifugal activity of agricultural antibiotic 702. With agricultural antibiotic 702 as the test material, and by using mould, yeast,together with 14 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi as the tested microorganism, the inhibitory action of the agricultural antibiotic 702 against all the above microorganism were investigated by the mycelial growth rate method and the hyphae dry weight method. The minimum inhibitory eoncentration(MIC) (mg/L) of agricultural antibiotic 702 against Aspergillus niger,Penicillium,Mucor,Rhizopus, Trichoderma , Saccharom yces cerevisiae , Candida utilis , Rhizoctonia solani , Magnaporthe grisea and Ustilaginoidea virens respectively were 3.3, 6.5, 6.5, 3.3, 3.3, 6.5, 3.3, 23.8, 13.4 and 475.4, respectively.The EC50 (mg/L) and EC50 (mg/L) of agricultural antibiotic 702 on the 14 tested plant pathogenic fungi were as follows : Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, 0. 23 and 1.95, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides , 0. 27 and 2.91, Plantain head blight, 0. 33 and 8.58 ,Alternaria alternate ,0.89 and 12.02 ,Plantain sclerotiniose, 1.23 and 4.02, Gibberella zeae, 1.40 and 7.38, Verticillium dahliae, 1.53 and 5.07, Colletotrichum sp. , 1.73 and 5.61 ,Rhizoctonia solani, 1.89 and 7.03, Gloeosporium sp. , 3.21 and 14.17, Fusarium solani, 3.40 and 20.78, Alternaria sp. ,4.13 and 22.01 ,Magnaporthe grisea, 12.51 and 29.36, Ustilaginoidea virens ,59.42 and 201.80. Agricultural antibiotics 702 had a powerful antifungal activity ,which was useful for the application of the agricultural antibiotic 702.
