摘 要:在高压搅拌反应釜中对褐煤氧化氨解气液固三相反应进行了反应动力学研究。分别从搅拌速率和颗粒粒径考察了内外扩散对该反应的影响。结果表明:在实验条件下,搅拌速率高于750r/min和粒径小于60目就可以消除内外扩散对反应的影响。用polymath对动力学数据进行非线性拟合,得到了褐煤氧化氨解的本征动力学方程,如下:The kinectics of ammoxidation of brown coal, a gas-liquid-solid three phase reaction, were studied reactor in a high-pressure stirred reactor.The effect of stirring speed and particle size on the reaction was studied. The results showed that the effect of internal and external diffusion on the reaction could be eliminated when the stirring speed up to 750 r/min and the particle size less than 60 mesh.Under the environment of Polymath 6.0, the datas were processed with nonlinear model.
