摘　　要：中华人民共和国建立之后,朱德提出了建设现代化、正规化革命军队的思想。他的这一思想主要体现在:必须建设一支强大的现代化军队,建设现代化军队必须有科学的统一的编制体制,建设现代化军队必须不断地提高军事政治素质。After the founding of People＇s Republic of China,ZHU De put forward his thinking of building a modern and standard revolutionary army.His thinking expressed itself in the following points： the necessity to build a powerful modern army;the necessity to have a uniform establishment and system for the building of a modern army;the necessity to constantly improve the military and political nature of a modern army.
