摘 要:目的探讨腹型肥胖指标腰围身高比值(Waist to height ratio,WHtR)与左室重量指数(Left ventricular massindex,LVMI)的关系。方法116例内科住院患者,WHtR范围0.47~0.70,以中位数0.58分为A组(WHtR<0.58)58例和B组(WHtR≥0.58)58例,并分析WHtR与LVMI的关系。结果B组LVMI明显高于A组(42.8±8.6g/m^2 vs 37.4±6.0g/m^2)(P<0.001)。B组左室肥厚检出率(24.1%)高于A组(3.4%)(x^2=10.440,P=0.001)。LVMI与WHtR(r=0.339,P=0.000)存在单变量相关。以LVMI为应变量行多元线性回归显示,WHtR为独立危险因素(β=43.895,95%CI 8.853~78.938,P=0.015)。结论WHtR与LVMI密切相关,并可作为预测左室肥厚的简便指标。Objective To study the relationship between waist to height ratio(WHtR) and left ventricular mass index ( LV- MI). Methods The study included 116 in - patients who were divided into two groups : group A ( WHiR 〈 0.58 n = 58 ) and group B (WHtR≥0.58 n = 58). The median of WHiR was 0.58. Then the relationship between WHtR and LVMI was analyzed. Results Group B had significantly higher level of LVMI than group A (42.8 ± 8.6g/m^2 vs 37.4 ±6.0 g/m^2 ) ( P 〈0.01 ). The detectable rate of left ventrieular hypertrophy in group B (24.1% ) was higher than that in group A ( 3.4% ) (Χ^2 = 10. 440,P = 0. 001 ). LVMI showed positive correlation with WHtR( r = 0. 339,P = 0. 000). Multiple linear regression analysis using LVMI as the dependent variable showed that WHtR (β= 43. 895,95% CI 8. 853 -78. 938, P = 0. 015 ) was a significant independent predictor for LVMI. Conclusions LVMI is associated with WHtR. WHiR as a measure of abdominal fat accumulation is a better predictor for left ventricular hypertrophy.
