摘　　要：目的建立武警部队医院应急救援药品保障系统,提高药品保障的效率。方法建立各突发事件模块,运用系统聚类分析法对模块中疾病进行划分,采用决策分析法建立药品模块的组装方案。结果将处突应急救援药品保障系统应用于我院2008年5·12汶川地震、奥运安保执勤、藏区部队体检、湖广雪灾等卫勤保障任务中,极大地提高了药品准备的效率,减少了人为差错。结论处突应急救援药品保障系统可发挥更强更有力支撑作用。Objective To establish public emergency drug supply system for raising the efficiency of drug supply in case of emergency events. Methods Firstly, modules in every＇ emergency events were established. Then, by hierarchical cluster, all the diseases in modules were classified. Finally, the way to assemble modules was built up by decision analysis. Results The public emergency drug supply system was applied in rescue of snow disaster in 2008,Wenchuan earthquake, Beijing Olympic Games guards and physical examination of servicemen in Tibet . The system effectively enhanced the emergency reaction and reduced human mistakes. Conclusions The public emergency drug supply system, perfected constantly, plays a more and more important role in the rescue.
