摘　　要：在提出利益表达是构建和谐社会题中应有之义的基础上,阐述农民利益表达是构建和谐社会的关键,并且指出构建和完善农民利益表达机制的基本途径。Harmonious society is a society with the balance of interests and the base of the balance of interests is the expression of interests.The paper refers that the expression of the interest is the base of building harmonious society.Then it emphasizes the expression of the farmer s interests is the key to building harmonious society.Last it brings forward the way of building and bettering the farmer s interests expression system.
