摘 要:结成技术联盟,开展研发合作,是提高企业竞争力的重要手段.通过引入具有产品差异化的Court模型扩展经典AJ模型,构建具有差异化产品的双寡头企业两阶段动态博弈模型,将解析结果与数值计算相结合,分析了完全不合作、半合作、全合作和社会福利最大化四种状态下产品差异化程度、研发溢出水平对均衡研发水平和产量水平的影响规律,对比分析了四种状态下的均衡结果及其差距影响因素,全面揭示了具有差异化产品的双寡头企业R&D合作机制.Forming technology alliance to cooperate in R&D is an important means to improve finn's competence. This paper constructs a two-stage game model with differential product of two firms in duopoly market through introducing Court model with differential product to extend the classical AJ model. By dint of analytic results and numerical value, the paper analyzes effects of product difference degree and spillovers level on equilibrium behaviors in Duopoly under four regimes, such as complete noncooperation, half cooperation, complete cooperation and social warfare maximization, and takes a comparative analysis for equilibria under four regimes and gap between them. This paper comprehensively discloses the R&D cooperative mechanism of duopoly with differential production.
