摘 要:为增加LED用荧光粉红色发光成分,用高温固相法在还原气氛下制备掺Gd、Tb、La的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉,用F-4600荧光分光光度计测定激发光谱和发射光谱.研究Gd、Tb、La的不同掺入量对YAG:Ce3+荧光粉发光性能的影响.结果表明:该荧光粉激发光谱峰值在475 nm附近,发射光谱峰值在540~560 nm之间.掺杂Gd和Tb使得YAG:Ce3+荧光粉发射光谱有不同程度的红移,掺Gd的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉的发射光谱红移较Tb更明显;掺杂La的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉光谱图峰位发生了蓝移.The phosphor YAG:Ce^3+ doped with gadolinium, terbium or Lanthanun ions was obtained by high temperature solid-state reaction process in order to increase red luminous component of the phosphors used in LED. Excitation spectra and emission spectra were determined by F-4600 fluorescence spectrophotometer. The effect of molar ratios of Gd^3+ , Tb^3+ and La^3+ on luminescent property of the phosphors YAG:Ce^3+ was investigated in details. It was indicated that the excitating peak was at 475 nm and the emitting peak was at 540 - 560 nm. The emission spectra of YAG : Ce^3+ doped with gadolinium or terbium ions moved toward longer wavelength and that of YAG:Ce^3+ doped with Lanthanun ions moved toward shorter wavelength.
