摘　　要：针对我国目前自动焊接设备落后,进口设备价格昂贵的现状,重新设计了某进口全位置自动焊接设备的自动控制系统;引入了角度传感器,不仅适应了不同管径的焊接需求,而且降低了操作难度,有利于自动焊接设备的推广和应用;运用最小二乘法找到了系统参数与角度传感器所采集信号之间的函数关系,实现了系统参数的平滑改变,使系统性能更加优化。Because our automatic equipments drop behind other country and imported equipments are very expensive, this paper redesigned the automatic control system of an imported all--position automatic welding equipment. The new system added an angle sensor, not only to adapt to different diameters of welding needs, and reduce the difficulty of the operation which is conducive to the promotion and applications of automatic welding equipment; Then it found the function relationships between system parameters and signals collected by angle sensor through least square method, achieved a smooth change and a more optimized system performance.
