摘　　要：现代武器及其保障设备具有技术含量高、集成度高、结构复杂等特点,基层部队无法独立进行武器及保障设备的维修维护工作,严重限制了武器的自主保障能力;文中把IETM的特点与某导弹通用测试系统的需求相结合,介绍了导弹通用测试系统IETM的总体架构、关键技术,以交互方式向使用人员讲解导弹和设备的设计、使用、维护、维修信息,使基层部队具备独立的导弹测试维修保障能力,从而技术培训时间可减少43%,故障诊断效率提高35%,维修维护时间缩短25%~45%,维修维护成本降低了32%。Modern weapons and their security equipment possess the feature of a high technological content, high integration, structural complexity and other characteristics. It is difficult for grass-- roots array themselves to independently do maintenance repair on modern weapons and their security equipment, so that the fight ability of the weapon and their security equipment would be strictly loses. This documents introduces the outline, the key tech nicians of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual （IETM） of the missile general testing system. And the design, usage, maintenance, repeir message of the missile and their security equipment are described to the commander and the testing operator in an alternating mode , therefore the independently testing maintenance ability of the grass--roots army are increased greatly, the grass--roots army are capable of using and maintaining testing security equipment , which can reduce training time by 43% repairing and maintenance time by 25%- 45%, and the cost of repairing and maintaining by 32%, increase fault diagnosis efficiency by 35%
