锦纶袜品小浴比染色工艺研究

摘　　要：以锦纶袜品为主要研究对象,进行小浴比中性染料染色工艺研究,包括染色温度、保温时间、染色浴比和匀染剂等工艺条件的优化,通过测试上染率、K/S值、色差和色牢度等指标,最终确定最佳染色工艺。试验结果表明,锦纶袜品的小浴比中性染料染色最佳工艺为:染色温度98℃、保温时间60 min、染色浴比1∶12、匀染剂TA-305 1 g/L和pH7,采用该工艺染色后的锦纶袜品具有良好的匀染性和色牢度。The nylon sock was used as the main object for studying the Low liquor ratio dyeing process with neutral dyes. The dyeing process was carried out through process optimize including the choice for dyeing temperature dyeing time liquor ratio and leveling agent. The optimum dyeing process was determined by tests for uptake of dyes K/S value color difference and color fastness. The results showed that the optimum dyeing process was as follows： 98 ℃ 60 min bath ratio 1 ： 12 and 1 g/1 of leveling agent TA-305 with pH value of 7. The socks dyed with the process have good levelness and color fastness.
