摘 要:针对冷连轧机带钢边降板形控制问题,建立了四辊和六辊轧机的辊系三维有限元模型,从辊系的受力和变形角度出发,分析了产生带钢边降的原因及其组成。研究分析厚度、压下率和变形抗力等因素对带钢边降的影响。通过在四辊冷连轧机上采用单锥度辊和VCR支持辊的辊型配置进行边降控制,可以有效降低带钢边降,减小带钢凸度,满足对带钢质量的要求,并可以降低轧机为控制边降而新建和改造的投资成本。Aiming at the strip edge drop control, the three dimensional finite element roll system models of d-hi mill and 6-hi mill were built. From the point of the burdened load and deformation of the roll system, the reason which caused the strip edge drop and its composing were analyzed. The factors which affected the strip edge drop such as the thickness ,the reduction and the deformation resistance of the strip were studied. Through using the roll contour configuration between the taper work roll and the VCR backup roll to control the strip edge drop on the 4-hi tandem cold roiling mills, the strip edge drop and its whole crown were decreased effectively, and the strip quality could meet the requirement and decrease the investment cost.
