摘　　要：针对宝钢某冷轧厂新建一套极薄板双机架平整机组,该新建平整机辊系完全利用该冷轧厂现有二次冷轧轧机辊系,使两套机组能共用辊系和辊系轴承。对中间辊在平整机轧制中心线的偏移方向进行分析,综合考虑辊系稳定性、轧辊的扰度,最终确认中间辊偏移方向。According to build a new twin stands skin pass mill in a cold rolling plant of Bao steel , the rolls and bearings of the new mill are same with the second cold strip mill of the cold rolling shop. These factors such as roll stabilization,roll bending etc. are considered , then the intermediate roll shift direction is defined.
