摘　　要：主要介绍我国高速铁路沿线地震危害现状,阐述高速铁路地震监测原理、监测点设置原则以及地震灾害紧急处置机制。提出中国高速铁路地震监测与紧急处置系统的构建方案,并给出分阶段建设的实施建议。It was mainly described the hazards of earthquake in China high-speed railway, also elaborated the principle of the earthquake monitoring, principle of monitoring station distribution, mechanism of post-seismic emergency disposal. Finally, it was proposed the solution of Earthquake Monitoring ＆amp; Emergency Disposal System for China high-speed railway, given a suggestion of staged construction.
