用ICP-AES内标法测定硅钙锰中钙含量的研究

摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了硅钙锰中钙量。样品用硝酸和高氯酸溶解,蒸发冒烟至近干,盐酸溶解后,采用内标法,在184.006nm波长下,用ICP-AES测定钙。测定中的基体效应用基体匹配方法消除,共存元素的干扰应用仪器软件中谱线干扰校正程序克服。方法已成功地应用于硅钙锰中钙的测定,试验证明,本方法简便、快速且准确,分析结果满意。Inductively coupled plasma atomic spectrometry （ICP-AES） is used to determine calcium content in sili- con-calcium-manganese alloy. Samples are dissolved in nitric acids and perchloric acid, fumed to boil dry and then dissolved in hydrochloric acid. Calcium is determined by IOP-AES with internal standard at the wavelength of 184. 006nm. Matrix effect is removed with matrix matching method while interference of coexistent elements is eliminated using interference correction software program. This method has been successfully applied in determination of Ca in Si-Ca-Mn with good results.
