摘 要:研究了微波辐射下L-苯丙氨酸(L-Phe)的消旋工艺。考察微波辐射和常规加热、微波功率、催化剂和溶剂等条件对消旋效果的影响,并从消旋机理上进一步探讨L-苯丙氨酸消旋的规律性。试验表明,经消旋反应4h后,在300W微波辐射作用下,以水杨醛为催化剂、乙酸为溶剂,消旋产物的比旋光度达到-1.27°,收率为81.4%,效果明显优于其他工艺条件。微波辐射具有显著的助消旋作用,水杨醛为催化剂、乙酸为溶剂是较理想的选择。The microwave-assisted racemization technology of L-phenylalanine was studied in this paper. Microwave irradiation or conventional heating method,power,catalysts solvents and other factors of reaction were investigated in racemization of L phenylalanine,and the racemic regularity of L-phenylalanine is explored by racemization theory. The results showed Racemization reaction of L-phenylalanine with microwave irradiation (300 W) was carried out in the presence of salicylic aldehyde in acetic acid. Racemic phenylalanine was obtained with specific rotation of-1.27° and yield of 81.4 % for 4 h,and effectiveness of racemization was superior to that of other reaction condition. It was feasible that microwave-racemization reaction of L-phenylalanine was performed in the presence of salicylic aldehyde in acetic acid.
