摘　　要：在信息化战争条件下,针对复杂、多变的任务,快速、灵活、高效地对指控资源进行动态规划组织是提高指控资源利用率,夺取战争胜利的关键因素。首先明确了指控资源动态规划组织的基本含义,并对指控任务描述、指控资源描述、指控任务与指控资源匹配等关键技术进行了研究,最后介绍了原型系统的设计和实现方式。Under informationization war conditions, considering the complex and changeable task, the dynamic planning and organizing command and control resource with rapidity, nimbleness and high efficiency is the key factor of improving utilization ratio of command and control resource and the war victory. The concept of operational task oriented command and control resources dynamic planning and organization is expounded here, and then the key technologies of task description and resource description of command and control, the match method between operational task and resource are studied. Finally, the design and realization method of prototype system are introduced.
